I led a co-branded event with AWS and Frost & Sullivan to drive deeper engagement with a targeted audience and accelerate pipeline generation. My role was to design and execute the full event experience, from audience targeting and positioning to post-event nurturing.

Pre-Event
- Defined event theme and positioning aligned with market trends (AI + security)
- Managed targeted invite strategy to attract relevant decision-makers (cold outreach on LinkedIn, email outreach etc)
- Collaborated with AWS on audience alignment and promotion
During Event
- Managed on-site coordination and event flow to ensure a smooth experience
- Acted as emcee, guiding the agenda and maintaining audience engagement
Post Event
- Collaborated with sales on post-event follow-ups and pipeline progression
- Gathered feedback to refine future events

- Generated $90K+ in pipeline
- Hosted ~30 high-quality attendees
- Achieved 4.88 average CSAT, reflecting strong engagement and relevance

Agentic AI Observability & Control
Hands-on bootcamps targeting developers, designed to build brand awareness for TraceCtrl — CloudsineAI's new AI agent observability product. Run in collaboration with partners Lorong AI and CyberTIG Centre, these workshops required zero marketing spend while still driving strong signups and meaningful product exposure to a highly relevant audience.

- 30+ signups for each workshop
